JR17883 Wellbeing Specialist, India

**Wellbeing Specialist-India**
The India Wellbeing Specialist will work within the Global Wellbeing team, delivering health and wellbeing programming to the Micron team members of India. This will involve support of wellness site events and activities, and promotion of corporate wellness initiatives. The role will partner closely with the India Team Member Advocate, and reports to the Manager, Asia Wellbeing.

Duties include:

- Provide site-level workplace wellness programs and resources.
- Improve local marketing for wellbeing programs, resources, and opportunities.
- Partner with local Team Member Advocate to increase awareness of mental and emotional health at site.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Internal stakeholders include site leadership, HR, DEI, Employee Resource Groups and more.
- External partners include vendor partners and community resources.
- Increase team member engagement through creating social events onsite and virtually.
- Facilitate core wellbeing content (virtually and in-person) to groups of all sizes.
- Plan and facilitate information tables, workshops, and educational presentations.
- Create and manage an India Wellbeing Microsoft Teams page.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Science Degree in wellness, psychology, health sciences or human resources
- Passionate about helping people take care of their health.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in hosting worksite events preferred.
- Ability to travel within region when needed.
- Experience in multinational company and tech industry preferred.
