We are a private hearing clinic committed to providing excellent hearing care to all our customers, one person at a time. We know that by prescribing well-fitted hearing aids, giving proper counselling and imparting the right communication strategies, we are improving the lives of people impacted by hearing loss. We count it a privilege to be in that position of trust to positively influence the lives of our hearing-impaired customers and their family members.
Our approach to each new customer consultation is unhurried, thorough, conscientious and unpushy. Our sense of mission to help those in need goes beyond just dollars and cents so as a business, we seek to be always profitable while maintaining a high level of professional integrity and care in all our dealings. Many customers have turned to friends and they drop by for adjustments, a coffee and a chat.

**Who We are Looking For
We are seeking an energetic, motivated and caring individual with the right qualifications, experience, value system and attributes to join us.
**What Your Scope of Work Is
- Evaluate and qualify hearing potential customers by conducting careful hearing assessments, tests and examinations.
- Prescribe and fit hearing aids and recommend other suitable assistive devices when required, according to individual customer needs.
- Provide continual support, counselling and expectation management so customers have a smooth rehabilitation. Good care management on an ongoing basis is critical to the overall experience.
- Drive revenue in a responsible and conscientious manner. We welcome, enjoy and celebrate good sales but it is important to feel the quiet satisfaction that all is done in a scrupulous manner.
- Assist and/or actively co-ordinate/participate in marketing events and projects. Reasonable ad-hoc assignments may be given from time to time.
**What Our Requirements Are
- The necessary academic qualifications and certifications as the position normally requires.
- Enjoy customer engagement and is committed to providing excellent pre and post-sales customer service and support.
- Good English language skills are essential and a proficiency in a commonly spoken Asian language is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity or in a public hospital.
