Amazing Hearing Group is an independent dynamic private practice with five centers in Singapore. Our practice aims to provide compassionate patient care and an amazing customer experience.

We are seeking a motivated, able to work independently, and team player to help continue to grow our well-established practice. Ideally, you have 5+ years of experience in the audiological work across various set up.

**Daily tasks and responsibilities
**Clients-Facing**

Establish rapport, gather history and uncover client needs.

Conduct best practices in audiological assessment and care

Make individualized recommendations depending on client needs and lifestyle

Programming hearing aids, FM systems, and Mapping Cochlear Implants

Provide counseling, onboarding, troubleshooting, and follow-up services.

Provide an amazing customer experience from the moment they walk into the Amazing clinic.

**Process Committed**

Regular Calibration of Diagnostic and Rehabilitative equipment

Follow best practices and ASOP (Amazing SOP)

Maintain Documentation

Update records in ACRM (Amazing CRM)

Engage with our local audiological and medical community

**Qualification**

Minimum 5 years of experience in Audiology and in Dispensing hearing aids

Strong communication skills verbal and written in English

Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin

Excellent organization skills, self-starter, proactive and curious
