Executive/senior, Human Resource

The Executive/Senior, Human Resource is expected to support, coordinate and help to manage the day-to-day HR operations and HR reporting for the firm. This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Human Resource. The Senior/Executive, Human Resource will be expected to identify, develop, implement and take initiatives in projects that align to the overall direction of the firm and the group. He/she will also be a key player in helping to building employee relations and employer’s branding.
It will be imperative that the Senior/Executive, Human Resource will be recognised as the go-to-person for employees related matters under his/her care and help build a workplace with positive work culture and a great place for work and learning.
**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
**HR operations**:
- Providing support to the HR team in all HR processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training & development, offboarding, etc.
- Processing, handling, and supporting in all general HR administration tasks and activities/events.
- Updating, input, and maintenance HR reports, records, database, recruitment data, and any other HR reports as and when required. Including preparation of business presentation slides, preparation of certification and related letters, staff movement reports, work pass related enquiries, update and maintain employee’s P-files in the systems and tracking of leave applied and expenses claims & etc.
- Conduct and handle exit interview, exit clearance and related termination paperwork
- To take ownership to review, analyse and build better process flows for the day-to-day HR Operations that will align with our firm’s Digitalization and Sustainability strategy and goals. Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure a well operated and smooth-running HR operations for the firm.
- Handling or supporting all HR events and involved in the planning, preparations and coordinating of HR related events.
- To promote and build positive culture such as championing or supporting firmwide activities and team bonding.
- To be involved in any other HR related functions, tasks, deliverables, projects as and when required.
**Talent Management**
- To support the Talent acquisition team, to identify and facilitate the talent management process, such as oorganising, coordinating & scheduling job interviews, personality tests, background, and reference checks, etc.
- To support and manage end to end recruitment from sourcing to hiring, onboarding, orientation, offboarding processes, etc.
- To support and help manager the performance management process and to work with Business Units to ensure timely submissions.
- To support the HR mangers/Directors on succession planning, employee relations, manpower management, training & development planning, job mobility, motivating and building the talent pool for the business.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of local labor legislation, and HR trends and developments
- Well organized and meticulous with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical, problem-solving and design thinking skills
- Good communicator, able to clearly articulate and good in presentation skills
- High level of integrity and work ethics
- Highly positive, motivated and strong team player
**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
