知名生命科学公司

工作职责：
1. 全面负责实验室的管理工作，定期向总部汇报实验室运行情况；
2. 负责实验室收入和利润指标，制定年度预算并严格执行；
3. 明确实验室各岗位职责内容，并督促实验室人员履行相应职责；负责实验人员调配，保日常工作流程的正常运行；
4. 负责仪器设备的管理、维护工作，负责试剂耗材的统筹、采购工作，保障日常检测的正常开展；
5. 负责实验室各项管理制度执行情况的监督与检查；
6. 负责当地员工的考核评估工作。

职能要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，生物工程，分子生物学等相关专业；
2. 3年以上NGS实验经验，1年以上NGS生产管理经验；
3. 有较强的NGS技术知识储备，可独自解决技术问题；
4. 注重细节，抗压能力强，积极乐观；
5. 具备良好的分析解决问题能力和良好的决策力；
6. 英语可作为工作语言。
