Geylang, Singapore Multitest Electronic Systems (Asia) Full time

Responsible for handling incoming & outgoing of finished goods (FG) including updating of ERP system to ensure stock are tally during stock checks.
- Assist in closure of Production Work Order (WO) and Goods Receipt using ERP.
- Pick, pack and issue of goods according to Stock Request (SR) given.
- Provide administrative support including filing and documentation for store related activities.
- Coordinate with Customer Service Department with regards to shipping-related enquiries.
- Preparation of import and export shipments documentation
- Liaise with forwarder on import and export shipments and ensure smooth processing.
- Arrange local dispatch for pick up or collection.
- Other ad-hoc task required by superior.

**Knowledge**
- GCE O’level & above
- Min 1-2 experience in warehouse management and shipping coordinating is preferred.
- Knowledge in MS Office.
- Understanding of Process & Workflow.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Student job
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,800.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week
