We’re a growing SaaS startup building a cloud system for service businesses.
We’re now expanding our local team and looking for someone who enjoys working with business owners, helping them succeed using software.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Guide new customers to set up and start using our platform (training, onboarding, data setup).
- Provide product demos to potential customers (together with BD).
- Support existing customers through chat, WhatsApp.
- Collect feedback and help improve our product.Identify upsell opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Strong communication skills (English, Mandarin a plus).
- Enjoys solving customer problems and explaining tech in simple ways.
- Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.Interest in SaaS / business software / small business digitalization.
**Salary Range**:
- **Base**: SGD **3,000 - 4,000 / month**(depending on experience)
- **Performance Bonus / Upsell Commission**
- **Growth Path**: can progress to _Account Manager / Customer Success Lead _
**Working Arrangement**:
- In-office (Pasir Ris)
