Assistant General Maanger(Senior Manager)

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to assist director overseeing daily operations of the company in relation to sales & marketing
- Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales and order target
- Generate monthly sales and order forecast
- Responsible for business development to increase company market share
- Provide consultation and offer workable solutions to help solve customers’ concerns
- Oversees and manages the inside sales and outdoor sales team to be aligned with the objectives and priorities of the company
- Reviews current work processes within the team to ensure continuous improvements to enhance work effectiveness and efficiency
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Business coordinate with related departments such as engineering, logistic and accounts department
- Communicates with cross functional teams like project management/ engineering/factory for queries on costing, lead time, special requirement
- other ad-hoc assignment from management
**Requirements**:
- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years experience
- Manager or general manager experience in Sales & Marketing
- Good people management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Good knowledge on control valves, control and instrumentation is preferred
- Result-oriented with strong leadership, organizational and planning skills
- Decisive, drive and ability to deliver effective, innovative solutions
- Good knowledge of Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint
**Reporting Function**
- Directly report to Chairman/Managing Director
