Assistant General/senior Manager

The Asst General / Senior Manager will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing day-to-day operations, and developing strategies to enhance our Haulage / Sea Freight Logistics Services. This role demands strong leadership, industry expertise, and a focus on continuous improvement.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- To oversee and optimize our Haulage/Sea Freight Operations
- Understand the overall business model and business strategy
- In charge for the company's yearly forecast, budgeting, and expenses
- Formulate business standard operation process SOP with continuous optimization and improvements.
- To grow the business of existing client and assist the Business Development team to find new clients.
- Track and monitor the daily transaction data and review user experience, opinions, and suggestions for system improvements
- Assist in formulating marketing strategies to improve the accuracy and actual effect of product announcements
- Work closely with vendors, partners, for overview and consolidate of market information and strengthen the relationship
- Strengthen team training and develop on team culture to create an active, open, and competitive working environment
- Look out on opportunities for follow-up business and improve business conversion efficiency
- Other tasks/duty assigned by management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sea logistics management, with a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of international sea freight operations, vessel scheduling, and port management.
- In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics and operations software and tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, strong leadership skills, and staff development.
- Results-oriented, with a commitment to achieving operational excellence.
- Familiarity with industry-specific technology and trends.
- Experience in international markets and a global network is a plus.
