**ABOUT THE ROLE
GCI Health is a global and local health and medical dedicated communications agency **_Inspired by People. _**We share our clients’ desire to improve the health of all people around the world and work tirelessly to contribute to their changing of health system and patient outcomes.
Our Singapore office and Asia-Pacific hub is on the lookout for an incredibly talented Creative Strategy Director, our first, to help us take our creative thinking and outcomes to the next level. We are proud of the creativity that lives as part of our award-winning strategies and program implementation but want to make sure we always stay at the forefront of possibilities with this new hire as we continue to grow at fast pace.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the development of exciting, strategically-on-point and original creative concepts for existing client partners and new business briefs.
- Overseeing art direction, whether working with internal or external agency support, to ensure quality, strategic alignment, style and tone that is second-to-none.
- Integrating themselves within the broader global GCI Health creative network, to ensure we can maximise learnings and efficiencies wherever possible.
- Interacting with clients across our portfolio as warranted, to help bring ideas to life.
- Playing an active role on our Singapore and APAC leadership team.
- Working with the Singapore and APAC leadership team to ultimately build out a creative team of different specialities that will ensure the strongest possible creative offer.

**QUALIFICATIONS
We aren’t looking for academic achievements, but we are looking for someone with senior agency experience (public relations or advertising). In-house experience will be viewed favourably; however, it is essential that all applicants have a solid background in agency employment.
