To go further, with Dior. **YOUR MISSION** **_____ **DATA ANALYTICS & CONSOLIDATION** - Coordinate, organize and consolidate data for weekly/monthly sell-out and shipment reporting and to provide data clarity to the team - Forecasting for all accounts through sell-out analysis and retail team’s feedback, generating insights to facilitates decision making - Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports utilizing key metrics for management and department decision-making, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data consistency - Create fun & engaging ways to communicate KPIs and key metrics to Office and Field team to further motivate their performance - Design and oversee the automation of data pipelines to streamline the ETL process, ensuring seamless integration from raw data collection to dashboard/report deployment **OPERATION & PROCESS OPTIMIZATION** - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital automation initiatives to enhance workflow, operational efficiency, and overall team productivity - Daily cost tracking and coordination through regular communication within the team, ensuring cost-to-date is in line with Finance’s data - Create and maintain all project and processes documentation for referencing especially in data management **ADMINISTRATIVE & OPERATION SUPPORT** - Assist in managing the daily operational needs, such as Salesforce data uploading, for all stores - Provide administrative, logistics support to retail team and stores - As well as any other administrative responsibilities for Director / Area Managers, such as following: - Reporting, Dashboards and KPI Delivery, Support and Maintenance - Data Governance, Quality and Ad-hoc Analytic Request - Improve business intelligence capabilities and optimize operating effectiveness - Local field visit of Airport and Duty-Free Store for store setup - Oversee office administrative matters and provide logístical support to the team - Operational savvy, strong communication and project management skill **WHAT CAN WE OFFER?** **_____ - A challenging role in a fast moving, ambitious environment, with daily learning opportunities and passionate team members. - Beyond this role, your development is a pillar of our ambition.
