Architectural Coordinator

1. Prepare detailed architectural/construction drawings, drafting, shop drawings and submission drawings and documentations to the consultants and Authorities.

2. Select materials and prepare materials and moodboards for presentation to client

3. Liaise and meet with consultants and clients for changes, selections, project issues and confirmation.

4. Monitor and manage archi finishing works at site and progress reporting to ensure project is on schedule

5. Coordinate supplier/subcon activities, archi detailing and workmanship

6. Check and certify supplier/subcon claims

7. Defect rectification and handover

8. Other ad hoc duties

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,300.00 - $3,800.00 per month

- Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate (preferred)
