**Responsibilities
As an IT Specialist, your responsibilities involve:

- Assist IT Service Delivery Specialists and Analyst in resolving complex IT Infrastructure issues
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure security standards to be compliant with the company security policy
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure systems and data access
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure asset management - including Hardware lifecycle management and SW licensing
- Support the appropriate level of service for a centrally provided and maintained IT Infrastructure for: server, clients, printers and other standardized peripherals, data communication (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN access and required components), voice communication (local and remote)
- Act as a local point for all IT issues (Infrastructure and Application)
- Build the relationship between IT and the Business to become the trusted partner for delivering value and high levels of Service
- Establish good working relationship with users and other sources of support and assistance
- Follow and enforce company policies regarding IT management, security, standards and procedures
- Support and maintain the IT Infrastructure audit compliance
- Provide information and assist innovation team with IT budgeting and cost control
- Security / Infra Operation:

- Planning and proposing IT investment for each IT parts (PC / Network / Server / Security / IT Service)
- Supporting internal/external Audit, Security, Compliance
- IT Asset Management
- OA Operation:

- PC and IT hardware and software maintenance: Setup / Configuration / Trouble shoot
- 1st Level Support for MIS, groupware, SAP
- Conference Support: Knox Meeting / Phone / CV Support
- Other IT Device Monitoring and Management: CCTV, T&A System, Smart TV, VC
- Server Operation:

- Monitoring Server status: H/W, S/W, DISK
- Update Server S/W (Win Update, V3 Update, Prevent the risk case)
- Active Directory Server: Global AD User management, Password Management
- Domain Server: Domain management
- Security Solution Management

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Analytics, or Applied Mathematics are preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years’ related IT operation experience
- Basic SAP knowledge and experience required
- Jira/Confluence/Salesforce experience preferred
