This organisation is the world’s leading independent global property consultancy. Headquartered in London, UK, they have over16,000 employees operating from over 380 offices in 51 different territories.

Presently, they are searching for a dynamic, ambitious and commercially-minded professional to join their team on a full-time basis as an Analyst for their Data Centre division in Singapore.

Other key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Analyse various forms of deal structures across the region.
- Support deal team leaders in origination, evaluation, due diligence and execution of both direct and joint venture deals.
- Support deal team leaders in preparation of investment proposals and coordination of internal stakeholders, portfolio managers and external partners and consultants.
- Support Asia Real Estate team on the Company’s data centre related strategic initiatives, reporting and potential new product development and offerings

To be successful in this position, an enthusiasm and interest to learn about the Data Centre industry is fundamental.

Other skills & experience include:

- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong presentation and research skills.
- Strong oral and written English communications skills to present to and work with senior management, internal stakeholders and external parties (at least one additional Asian language preferred).
- Strong attention to details and able to take ownership and work independently with guidance and supervision from the Team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a passionate and responsible individual, a good team player and a flexible mindset adaptable to changes
