Singapore JOB LIONS PTE. LTD. Full time

This role will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will be responsible for taking charge of a finance leadership role in a public listed company with regional manufacturing operations.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform group reporting for half-yearly SGX results announcements, group consolidation accounts, monthly management and financial reports, annual budgets, rolling forecasts and trends
- Drive and manage annual reporting and sustainability reporting
- Work with the senior management on the development, implementation and management of business plans and strategies to support the Group’s vision
- Execute and monitor the Group’s financial strategies and decisions to improve profitability, cash flow and cost control and optimise the Group’s operations, financial performance and strategic position
- Review internal processes and internal controls to ensure compliance and that the financial systems and processes are robust and able to support current activities and future growth, and implement and manage the Group’s risk and compliance management framework
- Review audit findings and ensure that all matters are addressed or resolved promptly
- Manage the relations of external parties including auditors, bankers, tax advisors and other stakeholders

Ensure that processes meet the Group’s quality and regulatory requirements, and continuous attention to improvements and synergies are expected

Manage, evaluate and develop team of employees to meet functional deliverables and responsibilities

Uphold and demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Group’s core values and Code of Conduct and ensure that direct report(s) are trained on their knowledge and adherence to the Group’s core values, Code of Conduct, and applicable compliance and governance policies

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Relevant certification such as ACCA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in senior managerial role responsible for multi operating divisions
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good business acumen and strong with numbers and financial discipline
- Strong leadership, driver, team-builder and high integrity
- Familiar with accountability and risk management required of public-listed company

Must have Manufacturing and some audit experience and ideally worked in public listed company for a few years.

**Salary will commensurate with experience, ranging from $10,000 to12,000
