**About US**
**Job Scope**
Assist in daily routine operations eg. arrange courier services, handle phone calls and taking enquiries, booking of services, manpower allocation
Provide HR and finance administrative support (such as updating of leave and invoicing)
Support the operational day-to-day activities such as
- Pre health screening preparations
- Health Screening
- Post health screening preparations
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality, diligent & highly responsible; and able to work under little supervision
- Previous experience in Nursing/health screening industry is preferred but not a requirement.
- Willing to work in a team setting at projects sites (varies with each project)
- Display excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to move around the island.
- High proficiency in communication skills.
- Min N/O/A level or Diploma in any disciplines
- Punctuality is a must.
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
