**Job Purpose**
- To provide operational and administrative support to Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Senior Nurse Manager (SNM), Nurse Managers, and Ops & Admin Manager in Endoscopy Centre.
- To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our patients. To supervise, train and motivate junior staff, so as to achieve maximum patient care and satisfaction; assist with resolution of customer feedback and follow up with service recovery.
- **Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)**
- Assist clinic manager/nurse manager to ensure timely and appropriate delivery of

services to our customers

**2.1.2 Service auditor in the clinic**:
**2.1.3 Train and develop new/junior staffs.**:
**2.1.4. Lead/supervise counter assistant team/clerical room assistant team/call centre team.**:
**2.1.5 Handle financial counseling**:
**2.1.6. Planning the roster of staff duties for counter/clerical/call centre team.**:
**2.1.7 Reporting officer to the ancillary staff**:
**2.1.8 Assist to provide orientation to new staff**:
2.1.9 Deployment to other clinics for training and exposure
- **Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)**

2.2.1 Assume any other responsibilities tasked by the clinic/nurse manager, and/or

Reporting Officer (eg: admin support duties, statistics etc)

2.2.2 To cover adhoc core duties eg: counter duties, room assistant duties and/or call centre

2.2.3 Lead and initiate in quality improvement project (eg: 6S, RIE, service improvement project)

- GCE ‘O Levels and above.
- Possess minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
