Job Description Summary

Within Technology and data solutions (TDS)group the Client Advisory and Delivery team is a group of dedicated IT consultants, project managers and business analysts that support our client technology solutions through best-in-class software systems utilizing a service delivery model to deliver value within a clear, consistent and measurable framework. Additionally, we provide assessment, technology roadmap, transition and integration services as well as a continuous improvement-based support model to ensure an ongoing technology investment for the duration of our client relationships.

In support of Integrated Facility management business, our team provides IT delivery services and operational support as well. We have a globalised process framework for both delivery and support processes. The successful individual will be support on the client solutions implementation and Platform Support and Release Management and will be working with the IFM Business Leaders, Account Directors and Managers, IT Delivery and operations teams globally and vendors and suppliers (support, solutions engineer) on a daily basis.

**Job Description**:
What You Will Be Doing
The successful individual will be reporting to the Advisory and Delivery Lead. The role of Triana Delivery and Support Analyst includes the following key responsibilities:
Support on Client Solution Implementation activities to ensure successful client delivery including:
**Work as Technology Delivery Manager on the following**:
Understanding of business requirements, ensuring the proposed solution meets these
Liaison with internal, clients and third party teams to ensure successful implementation
Coordinate testing, validation and user acceptance
Level 2 Tech support and collaboration with Product Owner and vendor groups
Provide Account Team Support (How To, Q&As, Trainings and FAQs etc)
Project closeout activities and transition to Production support
Maintaining release management activities for Client data

Basic Project Management activities of client implementations including the following
Ongoing management including maintaining accurate client records with weekly status reports and updates
Escalation to Platform and PMO where necessary
Implementation closeout activities and transition to Production support
Escalations as necessary to ensure sponsorship and support of “at risk” projects

Platform Support and Release Management to assist on delivery of key items.
Provide Demonstrations to internal and Client teams
Maintain the software engineering management process
Provide IT operational support on IFM platforms
Conduct release management activities, attending groups such as CAB
Participate in compliance related activities (UARs, evidence gathering, process maintenance)

About You

Bachelor Degree in Computer and Information Science or relevant discipline
At least 5 years of relevant IT Project management skillset with working knowledge of ITIL and good understanding of IT and business compliance standards such as SOC1, SOC2 and SOX
Industry experience in relevant property/ Real Estate experience would be preferred
Experience in experience in Lease Admin, Transaction Management or Facilities Management systems.
Ability to plan and prioritize activities
Ability to retain a strong focus on delivering results to high standards despite constraints or setbacks
Ability to use different resources to ensure delivery
Systematic thinking
Good communicational skill both verbal and written
Good understanding of both business and IT problems
Occasional travel is required.
This is a full time position based in Singapore
