**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advertising Strategy Development**:Design and implement effective advertising strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Plan and manage campaigns across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media.
- **Campaign Management**:Oversee the creation, execution, and performance monitoring of advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and visuals.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:Conduct market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors’ advertising strategies.
Use insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
- **Budget Management**:Manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Track expenditures and report on campaign performance against budgets.
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the sales and procurement teams to align advertising efforts with business goals.
Manage external agencies and vendors for specialized advertising needs.
- **Performance Metrics & Reporting**:Measure the effectiveness of campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools.
Provide regular reports to management, including recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in advertising management, preferably in the wholesale or trading industry.
- **Skills**:Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.
Proficiency in advertising tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
