The global Monetization Integrity team ensures TikTok users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on TikTok, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

**The Role**:
The Engagement Program Manager role is part of the Global Monetization Integrity Team. This highly visible and influential role will collaborate extensively with advertisers, business stakeholders, internal operations and several cross-functional teams. You will build strong, strategic relationships with Leaders across the Sales and Monetization Integrity organizations.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Partner with cross-functional teams, in particular our Sales function to lead or contribute to large scale strategic projects as well as solving ongoing operational problems at scale
- Improve operational metrics through education initiatives and proactively communicate regular updates, concerns, trends and the impact of changes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate our broader policy approach to internal and external audiences, representing specific policy areas as required
- Inform, influence, and execute new strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support your positions - Leverage data-informed insights to drive new products and initiatives
- Work with data and measurement partners to identify and track key program performance indicators, and ensure the results contribute to overall company, product, customer, and community experience goals
- Identify trends to enhance the support and detection processes and improve team efficiency
- Manage, coordinate, and/or support policy enforcement projects as needed
- Consult and coach sales & advertiser to achieve greater results on TikTok platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Min 5+ years in a Program management role, within an Operations or Analytics space within a multinational corporation
- Bilingual in English and Japanese, both written and spoken. Level N2 in Japanese is preferred
- Consulting, Project Management or equivalent background a plus
- Prior experience in internet / tech industry
- Experience in initiating and driving projects to completion with autonomy
- Experience conducting business process analysis and has good working knowledge of SQL
- Able to demonstrate analytical-thinking and problem-solving in the daily routine
- Experience communicating results of analysis with xfn, sales and leadership teams to influence the strategy of such teams
- Entrepreneurial and experience dealing with ambiguity
- Experience prioritizing and managing tasks within a fast-paced environment
