**Your role**
- Do you want to be part of a transformational journey to shape the way marketing material and transaction product content is managed in UBS? Are you analytical and self-motivated and want to digitalize our product content management process in order to deliver a personalized sales distribution experience for transaction products?
- A creative and resilient mindset is important to our continued success as a global wealth manager. We're looking for a Product Content Management Specialist for the GWM APAC General Advisory Product Content Management team (APAC GA-PCM) to:
- Be part of the wider global transformational initiative to deliver innovative solutions that unifies transaction product content producers and distributors
- Support the GWM advisory process by bringing technology to support producers to create relatable and compliant marketing materials and distribute product content for Client and Client Advisors in a personalized manner
- Manage the newly set up GA Product Content Management Framework on Run-the-Bank basis
- Independently conduct gap analysis and implement small improvement or policy changes to the framework, processes or related IT capabilities for GWM APAC
- Provide trusted advice and training to Product Specialists, Sales Teams and Client Advisors relating to Product Marketing Materials usage and production policy and risk standards

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the UBS Global Wealth Management Asia Pacific (GWM APAC) General Advisory (GA) function based in either Singapore or Hong Kong. We support the GWM APAC business as the first-line solution partners with the goal to (i) support UBS' business growth and digital ambitions for transaction products while (ii) ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, frameworks and governance. We actively engage and collaborate with the Business, IT, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Products and Capabilities Teams regionally and globally in order to bring APAC initiatives to the global landscape. **Your expertise**
- university degree, preferably in Business or Finance discipline
- at least 7 years of proven experience in wealth management industry and/or product/content management
- strong communication, written and presentation skills. Proven ability to conduct training or handle queries is an advantage
- strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with diverse stakeholders to influence and drive outcomes and consensus
- proactive and resilient team player with business, risk and simplification mindset
- familiarity with managing IT-related change project
