**The Role**
We’re seeking a **Sales Development Manager** with proven experience in the **ProAV industry** to spearhead our market growth. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative AV solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities within the ProAV sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Drive product awareness and adoption through client presentations, demonstrations, and solution design discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to shape sales strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in **ProAV or related technology sales** is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Existing network in the ProAV ecosystem is a strong advantage.
