- The Project Manager plans projects and takes ownership of the successful implementation and achievement of project objectives. He / She defines project resources, manages project progress and facilitates interaction, and tasks of various parties to reduce the risk of overall failure. He develops and identifies advances/opportunities in project management to improve timely delivery of projects and efficient use of resources.
- He / She works in a team setting and is knowledgeable of Agile practices and methodology, project management methodologies and tools, as well as Scrum process framework.
- The Project Manager is an effective team player who manages project timelines, stakeholders, deliverables and resources in a structured manner. He adopts an analytical and strategic approach in developing and communicating solutions that meet project objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Plan, initiate, monitor progress and re-plan to ensure successful outcome of a development project
- Manage product roadmap/backlog and lead Agile ceremonies
- Develop overall execution plan & ensure the roles and responsibilities, deliverables and schedule are clearly communicated to the team members and customers
- Manage good service level of maintenance and support project includes change and service request management, incident and problem management
- Lead configuration management
- Maintain excellent client relationship with the customer
- Conform to best-practice project management processes and ISO documentation requirements
- Minimally 5 years of IT Application PM experience
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
- Good analytical, communications and writing skills, able to manage stakeholders and articulate requirements
**It will be advantageous if you have**:

- Experience in supporting government projects with relevant healthcare domain
- Experience in.Net, Node.JS, C#, JavaScript, SQL Database, MongoDB
- Experience in Micro-services, DevOps with Test Automation and Commercial Cloud Hosting
- Manage IT projects from award of tender to delivery and maintenance, while keeping time, quality and costs constraints under control
- Involved in presales demonstrations & presentations
- Enjoy constant learning and working with new technologies
