- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.15pm/ 8.30pm - 5.45pm/ 9am - 6.15pm (Staggered working hour)
- Salary Package**:Up to $3,500 + OT + AWS + Bonus**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Submit Purchase Orders to respective suppliers based on regional and local demand forecasts.
- Check Purchase Invoice for discrepancies in product type, quantity and price.
- Work closely with the Shipping team to schedule, track and monitor all incoming shipments.
- Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure that import-related documents are prepared and ready before the arrival of shipment.
- Co-ordinate with 3PL warehouse locations on new incoming shipments, deliveries
- Assist in monthly reconciliations of inventory in all 3rd 3PL warehouses
- Validate invoices for payments (Storage/freight) for inventory maintained in 3rd 3PL warehouse
- Liaise with the warehouse to identify any stock discrepancies or damages upon receipt of goods.
- Report discrepancies and damages to suppliers immediate and record credit notes/vouchers and debit notes.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to submit credit claims where applicable.
- Work closely with the Finance department to make payments to suppliers in accordance with agreed payment terms.
- Keep track of changes in product supply, packaging and product-related documents and inform the sales department accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned by the Superior.

- Minimum 2 years of related working experience, preferable in FMCG industry.
- Must have reporting experience (Vlookup knowledge) and good in excel
- Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain, procurement process and shipping preferred
