**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop defined customer accounts
- Collaborate and engage with ROs and relevant stakeholders for backhaul cargo and increase assigned IFF/ BCO footprints with PIL
- Review progress of current customer base as well as identification of new potential customers / segments for development, in line with PIL overall direction / strategy
- Customer engagement and strategy discussions (internal/ external), ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Keep abreast on market environment to be able to generate market intelligence for strategic and tactical decisions
- Manage high-visibility accounts that requires HQ level management (BCO and IFF segments)
- Contribute to tender management process, contract reviews, data library compilation, and other relevant workshops or projects (where needed)
- Embrace culture of innovation, sense of ownership for managed accounts

**MUST HAVE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Maritime, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or the logistics industry
- Proven success in business and account development
- Comprehensive knowledge of international shipping regulations
- Strong customer management skills
- Strong and effective communication with good listening skills
- People management - coach/ mentor new team members
- Approaching challenges with a positive mindset (able to push boundaries)
- Integrity and professional in conduct
