MCS Group are a rapidly expanding, Chinese backed brokerage firm with offices in China, Singapore and UK. MCS Group offers its clients unique colour and access to Physical, futures and options markets as well as the best China centric data in the commodities space.

MCS Group are looking for a hire an enthusiastic broker to further grow its ferrous business with a particular focus on Iron ore/Steel to be based in Singapore. The individual will be responsible for managing and maintaining a portfolio of existing client accounts and develop these business relationships to further expand our business offering and services provided.

**Requirements**:

- Existing relationships within the metals markets ideal but not essential
- Strong customer focus
- Confident, professional and approachable persona
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office Applications)
- Focused, goal-oriented and driven to succeed
- Money-motivated
- Team ethics
- Displays competitive traits
- Min 2 year’s broking experience or commodities financial sales experience preferable
- Comfortable in a startup environment

**The job duties associated with this role may be expected to include**:

- Maintaining and building new business relationships with eligible trading accounts;
- Identifying potential new customers, introducing yourself and developing strong relationships with clients to grow the business and our market share
- Distributing relevant prices and unique data produced by MCS to clients
- Thinking critically & communicating clearly with clients and colleagues
- Working in a team environment striving for success
- Work closely with client’s various teams to understand and deliver value add reporting back to management
- Presenting new product launches to clients
- Establishing clear communication lines to management and desk heads
- Achieving quarterly and annual KPI’s to increase overall business revenues across ferrous products
- Provide full account coverage for the various product offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities to support MCS group client requirements
- Monthly reporting to management in a structured and professional manner
