**Digital Marketing Manager**

**Available - 1 position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the company’s external and internal affiliate programs through all phases, including brainstorming, launch, maintaining, trafficking, marketing, reporting, optimization and analysis.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Be responsible for KPIs on campaign and partnership results.
- Grow our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- People-oriented to initiate, manage, develop relationships with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Continuous update of internal teams on new trends, industry knowledge of esports sector globally, insights such as hottest titles, trends, players, teams, others.
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute any ad-hoc projects.

**Must-have skills sets**

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the following:
Knowledge of the tools such as:
Hootsuite / Tweetdeck / Facebook Insights / Twitter analytics / Google analytics / Social Sprout

Basic design skills, with experience in using the following or similar:
Adobe Photoshop/GIMP/Canva / Adobe Illustrator / Adobe PageMaker

To qualify
- Minimum 3 years’ direct marketing and partnership of events experience in related industries of Esports, gaming or media.
- Must work well under stringent lead times.
- Direct, hands-on experience in social media planning, digital marketing with SEO/SEM campaign experience both planning and flawless execution.
- Be proactive in researching and updating connections contacts in the esports, gaming networks.
- Proven track record of good project management skills, KPIs delivered on marketing campaigns and hands-on social video content creation and delivery.
- Communications, marketing, media degree or equivalent strong written and spoken skills in English language plus one Asian vernacular.

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights and previous campaigns.
- People-oriented to initiate, manage, develop relationships with stakeholders & affiliates.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners pertaining to campaigns.
- Continuous update of internal teams on new trends, industry knowledge of esports sector globally, insights such as hottest titles, trends, players, teams, others.
- Brainstorm, plan, and execute any related ad-hoc projects.
