Issue "Delivery and Installation Confirmation" and "Service Confirmation" according to the "Installation and Maintenance Work Plan" or as required by the manager, print and hand them over to the maintenance service department manager. 3. Establish "Customer Files" based on the collected documents and record business information, including "Installation and Maintenance Records," "Sales Records," etc., and submit maintenance, sales, and other statistical reports monthly. 4. Understand the classification and characteristics of company materials, propose suggestions for warehouse zoning and placement, implement them after approval, and continuously optimize warehouse placement to maximize the rational use of warehouse space. 5. Gain knowledge of the shelf life, quality standards, and uses of various inventory items through reading manuals, on-site inspections, and practical activities. 6. Coordinate with the customer service department and finance department to complete the receipt and placement of complete machines, accessories, consumables, seedlings, etc., with the cooperation of colleagues in the maintenance and repair department, following the operating procedures and procurement lists. 7.
