Sales Director, Sea

**Primary Responsibilities**:
- ** Demonstrate high level accounts management relationships with particular emphasis on incremental new equipment placement into new factories, creating increased site penetration effectiveness by effectively deploying strategies into his/her designated territories.**:
- ** Generate incremental revenue in SEA by managing, supporting and working with his/her team and deploying the commercial playbooks.**:
- ** Work with VP/GM NSEA to identify current and future business opportunities by producing strategic plans optimizing the specific regional strategic success factors.**:
- ** Maximize sales by driving communication, identifying compelling customer value propositions, appropriate technology selection, competitive pricing models and payment terms.**:
- ** Develop a comprehensive understanding of the selected vertical markets and their targeted accounts businesses, drivers, initiatives, and the critical success factors.**:
- ** Provide regional leadership, direction and ensure compliance of all selling activities in his /her designated accounts in a matrixed Videojet organization.**:
- ** Provide day-to-day lead role in managing outbound management of designated regional customer accounts by supporting his/her team member.**:
- ** Ensure understand and progress of projects in his/her region by regular funnel reviews using SFDC as the central tool for both subsidiaries and distributors**:
- ** Review competitive installed base and develop competition attack plans**:
- ** Leverage successes at individual sites to win business at all sites of the designated regional customer sites.**:
- ** Coordinate closely through Global Sales Team to ensure consistency of management for selected accounts globally.**:
- ** Optimizes effectiveness and consistently seeks to improve all aspects of the work**:
- ** Applies Problem-Solving Process to identify root cause and close KPI gaps.**:
**Qualifications, Educational & Experience**
- ** Bachelors (ideally in a technical or engineering discipline). Masters in Business a plus**:
- ** More than** 15+ years of **industrial equipment sales experience. Ideally in an industrial/manufacturing equipment sales environment**:
- ** Demonstrated track record as a sales manager who has delivered exceptional sales results at large accounts by leading the team while managing his own accounts.**:
- ** Successful management in a complex “matrixed” organization.**:
- ** Examples of creating or working successfully in an established process-oriented sales organization**:
- ** Highly computer literate (especially in Excel and PowerPoint, Oracle and SFDC a plus)**:
- ** Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills**:
- ** Successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges**:
- ** Communicate expectations regarding performance and hold people accountable for results**:
- ** Able to travel 50% of the time within SEA & ANZ.**:
- ** Strong communication and listening skills**:
- ** Fluent in both written and spoken English**:
