**Responsibilities**:

- Lead regional first line risk management within the Global Corporate and Investment Banking (GCIB). The coverage is overall regional first line business risk management including Core Compliance and Financial Crimes, except credit risk management.
- Develop, implement and maintain the first line risk management strategy which includes identifying and accessing potential risks of the region and each country that could impact business.
- Enhance the GCIB regional Business Risk Management Framework, facilitate and conduct the Business Risk Management meeting, a periodic first line business risk management meeting, actively communicating and reaching out to follow up on high-risk events in each country and to track and report regional first line open issues, self-identified issues and various risk manage initiatives.
- Monitor and track issues of each country, provide guidance when necessary, manage action plan implementation & ensure timely closure.
- Communicate and work closely with second line and third line as a head of first line risk management to ensure that best-in-class risk management framework is implemented in GCIB.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness in the first line.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of GCIB APAC, Deputy Head of GCIB APAC and the Management.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 15 years of business risk management or compliance or audit or legal experience; Good knowledge of business risk and/or compliance risk; Good grasp of banking regulations is a plus.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in stakeholder management such as conflict resolution, consensus building skills, and an ability to build partnerships and influence beyond the immediate area of responsibility
- Strong analytical and organization skills, adaptable to changes, result-oriented, and a team player.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel), PowerPoint.
- You will be highly organised, with a structured and logical approach
