Logistics Implementation Engineer

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to assess their logistics needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and design customized solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Solution Development: Design and implement logistics solutions that integrate with existing systems, focusing on improving workflows, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.

Project Management: Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of IT solutions, managing logistics and technical requirements across both Singapore and Malaysia operations.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of IT operations and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.

Incident Management: Use a ticketing system to document, prioritize, and manage IT incidents and requests, ensuring all issues are addressed and resolved within service level agreements (SLAs).

Installation and Setup: Manage the installation and configuration of new hardware and software for users across Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring efficient setup and operation.

Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to users on effective use of IT systems and tools, ensuring the workforce in both locations is equipped to leverage technology.

Security and Compliance: Ensure all IT systems comply with company security protocols, data privacy regulations, and industry standards, keeping both Singapore and Malaysia sites secure.

Backup and Recovery: Contribute to the development and testing of disaster recovery plans for both Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring business continuity through regular data backups and recovery efforts.

Asset Management: Track and manage IT assets, including software licenses, hardware inventory, and equipment across both locations, ensuring an up-to-date asset register.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for additional IT support and solutions when necessary.

Software Updates and Patches: Regularly update systems across Singapore and Malaysia with the latest software updates, security patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.

Network Management: Assist with resolving network issues, improving connectivity, and managing network configurations to ensure uninterrupted IT service.

User Account Management: Administer user accounts, including creation, modification, and deactivation for both Singapore and Malaysia locations.

Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze user feedback from both regions to continuously improve IT services and support.

Project Participation: Contribute to IT projects aimed at enhancing IT infrastructure, solving logistics challenges, and implementing new solutions for clients.

**Qualifications**:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and IT support, with a focus on solution development, project management, and system optimization in a multi-location (Singapore and Malaysia) environment.

**Skills**:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams in Singapore and Malaysia.

Proficiency in logistics software, including WMS and TMS, with experience in both B2B and B2C solutions.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on time-sensitive delivery.

In-depth knowledge of IT systems administration, hardware, and software solutions across both regions.

Language: Proficient in English; knowledge of Malay and/or Mandarin is a plus.

Certifications:
Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or relevant IT certifications are highly preferred.

Experience in managing IT infrastructure and supporting logistics systems in Singapore and Malaysia.

Familiarity with IT compliance and security standards in both countries.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
