**We are looking for a detail-oriented quality control manager to ensure the manufacturing production runs smoothly and products are with quality and efficiency standards. The quality control manager understands the customer's needs and requirements. Coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the customer's needs and requirements and the quality standards of the production teams.
- Developing ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
- Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining documentation related to various quality systems ISO9001, BizSafe and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulation.
- Liaise with certification body on all matters relating to annual audits.
- Handle and coordinate with customer's audit.
- Act as Management Representative for the management system of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or business-based programs
- With observation, organizational, and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures
- Knowledge of data analysis to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Good technical and IT skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
