- Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (8 am - 5 pm), Sat (8 am - 12 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be involved in supporting Internal and External Audit.
- Inspect Mechanical parts, detect welding and mechanical appearance defects.
- Use measuring equipment such as Trimos, Profile projector, Hexagonal Arm. Height gauges, Vernier calipers, etc.
- Read and interpret all drawing symbols and welding symbols.
- Liaise with external customers and internal teams.
- Provide technical advice and the best method for improving production work.
- Support Acceptance Test Plan / Process Management Plan and conduct training.
- Perform FA, Incoming, In-process and Outgoing inspection to meet the delivery schedule.
- Ensure all measuring equipment is calibrated.
- Ensure maintenance record and Production in-process record is updated on time.
- Ensure the implementation of corrective actions/preventive action as a result of weekly Source inspection by customers.
- Compiling Outgoing Inspection reports to support documents in the customer portal, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Assist with Document Control - To ensure all drawings are latest and filed in a proper manner.
- Assists/performs other non-routine duties as assigned by QA Manager

- Must possess a minimum of a Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
- Min. 2 years relevant experience in QA.
- Experience in Machining, Metal stamping, fabrication and related secondary processes (such as welding, plating, and powder coating) industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of auditing skills for ISO9001 and Qualified Internal Auditor experience.
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical skills i.e. good skills in 5S, 8D methodology, 5-why analysis
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings.
