Our startup has an opening to hire a Administrative Assistant (Part Time) to support the CEO and coordinate with various stakeholders. We are looking for happy people who share the same core values to be part of our team.
**Accountabilities**
- Arrange invoice payments
- Issue monthly invoices & ensure timely receipt of payments
- Coordinate with outsourced accounts for documents preparation & submission
- Submission of information to landlord every month
- Stock-in of inventory (from supplier invoices) into system
- Assist in corporate administrations, compliance & licenses
- Assist in the submissions including tenders and grants
- Other project coordinations

**Criteria**
- At least 2 years of relevant experience (Administration, Accounts, etc.) preferred
- Diploma & above
- Hands-on with excellent attention to details
- Team player & trustworthy
- Comfortable with the use & exploring new technologies
- Good attitude & coachable is a MUST
