**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in credit control monitoring AP & AR payment status
- Perform administration duties and other adhoc duties assigned from time to time
- Provide day-to-day office & general admin support
- Filling of documents
- Verify/process invoices, purchase orders, staff claims
- Handling of petty cash
- Participate in annual audits
- Liaise with external vendors on related admin & accounts matters
- Assist customer query & liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Provide general support to the Management & Finance Department

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE O’level
- Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently
- Good team-player and interpersonal skills
