- Responsible Compliance Manager APAC
- Responsible to manage local Compliance Officers in Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan
- Responsible for the oversight of Compliance Risks, the Compliance Risk Assessment and the Compliance Action Plan in APAC
- Responsible for Compliance Coverage Function for APAC including Partner Monitoring, Marketing Material, Crossborder, etc
- Responsible for the reporting to the Global Head Compliance and to the local Location Managers
- Responsible for the Compliance Monitoring and Testing Plan in APAC
- Regulatory Development and implementation
- Drafting and Implementation of Compliance Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for the reporting to Regulators
- Support the local Management to manage local Compliance Risks
- Handling of Complaints and external requests (e.g. from Regulators)
- Support the Global Head Compliance to achieve the set targets
- Assistance throughout Audit Fieldwork

What you'll need
- Compliance Manager with at least 8 years experience
- Experience in the financial industry at least 10 years
- Compliance knowledge covering Singapore and Hong Kong Regulations
- Financial products knowledge
- Master Degree or Law Degree
- Talent to coordinate and to manage several cultures
- Open minded but straight behaviour
- Languages: English is a must
