Singapore CREDIT AGRICOLE CORPORATE AND INVESTMENT BANK Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Production and Contribution to Solution sales strategy**
- Client Coverage at senior (decision-makers) and execution level, across a range of functions (Investments, ALM, Treasury, XVA, Structuring, Collateral management/Repo, NL Trading, Risk, Product Design, Finance, etc.)
- Solution design and implementation, based on client-centric approach
- Monitoring of Regulatory developments, and understanding of impact on client activities
- Ideation and innovation process, design of new payoffs, in coordination with Structuring and Trading team
- Understanding and maximizing monetization profile of his transactions
- Optimizing scarce resources (balance sheet, LR, RWAs, XVA,...)
- Contribute to the formulation of solution-driven marketing strategies
- Creating marketing plans / pitchbooks and relate these to marketing opportunities
- Plan, organise client visits and meetings together with writing subsequent call reports
- Originate transactions from clients and co-ordinate the efficient execution of the trading desks
- Provide timely and professional pricing and execution of customer flows
- Promote Risk Recycling activity by actively engaging with internal stakeholders, across business line, to help create new distribution channels for CACIB credit and derivative risk
- Ensure dealing remains within set limits and efficient / ethical execution of client transactions
- Take a pro-active approach to client on-boarding, and trade processing (front-to-back mindset, ensuring timely settlement of trades)
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers / Senior Bankers / Local staff in other areas of the bank regarding marketing opportunities
- Raising CACIB's profile with APAC clients, cross-selling other products
- Representing the Bank, and adhering to CACIB's Values and Code of Conduct

**2) **Reporting**
- Report to the Head of Asia (ex-Japan) FI Solutions Sales regularly on the progress of the business and specific issues.
- Local reporting line TBC.

**3) **Control**
- Ensure clients are suitably classified (under FCA rules) and are dealt with appropriately.
- Ensure clients are cleared by credit, legal, compliance and back office before trading.

**4) Financial Performance**
- Aim to meet the quantitative objectives set at start of the year, including individual and team annual Omega and MU budgets for the FI Solution Sales team.

**5) Counterparties and clients**
- Engage clients to promote the bank and its products and services.

**6) Communication**
- Network with internal colleagues to maximize engagement with clients across products and regions.
- Attend regular meetings with other members of the team to review marketing strategy and exchange ideas.

**7) Risk**
- Adhere to and understand risks to the bank and the client resulting from marketing initiatives or successful conclusion of transactions.
