Your Impact

**Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your competencies**:
The core responsibility is to support SEA FM mainly in SG/MY Audit & Tax and management reporting. Able to work independently and to ensure the completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of compilation of accounting data, tax, and statutory filing. Upkeep high integrity and act in the interest of company assets.

Accounting & Tax

Facilitate SEA FM in SEA accounting and tax reporting.

Support annual SEA statutory audits/tax return

Prepare quarterly SG GST return filing

Work closely with SSC team on SEA financial and operation issues at closing

Support BG request and coordination with bank

Support ad hoc SEA SOX & tax audit

Any other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Reporting & Analysis

Weekly sales report/sales tracker, sales FCST package preparation.

FTV scorecard.

E&O tracker.

Working capital forecast & actual tracking.

KPI tracker, etc.

Assist manager to perform Sales FCST /budget, OPEX FCST /budget, actual vs. budget/ FCST tracking, etc.

Our Needs

**Here’s what we’ll need from you**:
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
5-8 years of working experience in accounting/audit role.

Bachelor’s degree of finance/Accounting, or relevant accountancy qualification.

Must have exposure in managing auditor/tax agent or prior audit working experience.

Must have good knowledge of SAP system and proficient in Excel.

Past exposure in MNC organization is required.

Results oriented, with high resilience coping mechanism in a fast-paced work environment

Committed and with good time management.

Good communication skills and adaptable to cross country culture.

Reports to SEA Finance Manager.
