Key responsibilities include:
1) Lead and Drive SIA’s Agile Product and Portfolio Management COE
- Leads SIA’s Centre of Excellence on Agile practices in product management, software engineering practice, agile delivery and strategic portfolio management
- Drives effective Community of Practice for product owners, scrum masters and other agile practioners for competency and skill development. Manage the talent pool of product owners in SIA for their career and professional development.
- Maintains Agile related training curriculum suitable for the organization including PSM and PSPO courses.

Drives strategic digital portfolio management to ensure strategic alignment, ROI and outcome focus and agility for optimize business value with transparency and sound governance.

2) Implement, Expand and Improve Agile Practices in SIA Group in the next phase of agile transformation
- Implementing the Agile process, principles and practices across all departments in the organization, by using techniques that promote a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- Practicing Agile such that it changes the culture and work processes of the organization to be more efficient and value adding. Embody the Agile principles and leads by example.
- Explore and experiment enterprise scaling of agile and business agility

3) Enterprise Agility Engagement
- Engage employees at all levels on Agile principles, teaching valuable skills that lead the organization toward the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices including but not limited to product management focusing on outcomes, test and learn, iterative build-measure-learn process, craftsmanship in software engineering and culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead a team of agile coaches to provide hands-on support to employees, collaborating with people across divisions, leading teams toward the organizational goal of agile delivery.
**Requirements**:

- Degree in computer science or other IT discipline with a minimum of 15 years of IT experience starting from hands-on technical and development role and a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading, training for and coaching agile delivery and adoption both at team and enterprise level in a large company.
- Relevant agile certifications at advanced level such as Professional Scrum Trainer, PSPO III, PSM III or equivalent
Being strategic and highly practical. Able to adapt the methods to the organizational reality for best outcomes.
- Possess prior experience of coaching teams in agile adoption, enthusiastic about Agile practices and their benefits.
- Exceptional influencing skills to achieve organizational cooperation, buy-in, and engagement from senior management, BUs and internal stakeholders.
