- 为顾客提供友好、专业的餐饮服务
Provide friendly and professional food and beverage service to customers
- 协助点餐、上菜、收台及清理环境
Assist in taking orders, serving dishes, clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness
- 确保餐厅环境整洁并符合卫生安全标准
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- 处理顾客需求与投诉，确保顾客满意
Attend to customer requests and feedback to ensure satisfaction
- 协助主管完成日常运营工作
Support supervisors in daily restaurant operations
- 遵守公司标准操作流程（SOP）
Follow the company’s standard operating procedures
