- As a key member of the Credit Portfolio Team within Specialised Products Dept. Asia (SPDA), this role will lead the credit control and credit administrative functions for a fast-growing department which will include due date management, covenant & collateral monitoring as well as managing regulatory and head office credit reportings. This role is integral to the control functions within SPDA to ensure loan covenants are duly monitored witin deadline.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of credit monitoring and credit instruction due dates - from GBR and other bank's systems
- Registration of covenants & undertakings for on-going monitoring following financial close
- Monitoring of collateral and covenant requirements and supporting the credit portfolio officers in following up on due dates
- Coordination of regulatory and head office reportings including but not limited to, MAS610, s35/real estate sector reportings, MAS Top 100/Top Borrower Group Surveys, SPE Surveys, Self-Assessment reportings.
- Control of ancillary process and terms check for signing and drawdown
- To manage various credit portfolio reportings on behalf of the department
- To implement and spearhead efficient processes for credit administration
- **Job Requirements**:

- Recognised university qualification
- At least 7-10 years of relevant work experience in credit administration
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize, with a strong competence to manage conflicting schedules
- Good communication skills and able to interact with colleagues of all levels.
