Singapore Children-At-Risk Empowerment Association Full time

This position reports directly to the Assistant Manager, Events & Partnerships, as part of the Enterprise Team. The role focuses primarily on supporting the data and stakeholder management team, as well as other administrative functions at CARE Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Data and Stakeholder Management Support**
- Maintain and manage stakeholder and donor information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity
- Support regular giving programmes and donor engagement campaigns, including tracking and performance reporting
- Build, maintain and update stakeholder marketing and mailing lists for targeted communications
- Provide data support for fundraising and engagement strategies, including segmentation and analytics
- Assist in coordinating stakeholder-related events, including logistics and on-site support
- Provide research and administrative support to the fundraising and volunteer management team
- Support internal users of the CRM through onboarding, troubleshooting and documentation of best practices

**2.**Administrative and Operations Support**
- Assist in preparing presentation decks, posters, and videos to communicate staff engagement initiatives, such as the onboarding programme and new/updated policies and guidelines
- Assist with logistics planning and the organisation of staff events, workshops or training sessions
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the admin team as neededUndertake any other duties assigned by your reporting officer, in line with the organisational needs

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Resourceful with strong written and communication skills
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and support overlapping projects.
- Possess a strong work ethic, initiative, and a process-improvement mindset
- Hands-on and self-motivated team playerExperience in a non-profit, social service, or fundraising environment is an advantage
