**Asia Pacific Japan (APJ)** team as
**Diagnostics (DX) Lab Solutions (LS) Business Partner Manager** to
**define and implement structure and DX centric partner management process (selection, onboarding, performance evaluation and management).**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will be responsible for all process steps of the Partner Management Operation Framework (PMOF) process within APJ countries. This also includes, in close co-operation with Country/ Cluster and Global, choosing new Business Partners and recommending termination of contracts if needed.
- You will develop and execute Business Partner sales promotion program and incentive program.
- You will implement sign a Partner Target Agreement (PTA) with the Business Partner in APJ, using the available tools (PTA-tool and PRM Cloud), to plan the market approach together with the Business Partner and have a common understanding of GTM strategy.
- You will conduct Partner Business Review (PBR) every 6 months to adjust PTA planning if needed and to react to changing markets by defining appropriate measures.
- You will execute Partner training both product and service as GTM strategy.
- You will proactively in increasing the market transparency of the countries by understanding their healthcare systems, customer structures, trends, competitive environments, and business partner landscapes.
- You understand our DX LS portfolio in general and can provide specific offers together to our targeted customers.
- You will maintain highest data quality from Partners regarding our CRM tools which are used for funnel reviews and won/ lost analysis.
- You will plan and lead annual APJ Business Partner meeting.
- You will lead BP process improvement project.
- You will conduct compliance monitoring as guideline.

**Your qualifications and experiences**:

- You hold a successfully completed degree or master’s degree.
- You have at least 10 - 15 years of related experience in healthcare business and their specific requirement; and exposure to healthcare In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) in the world. IVD experience within the industry is preferred.
- You have experience with indirect sales channel and Business Partner Management.
- You possess business know-how regarding contract management, financing topics and internal processes.
