**Responsibilities:
- Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 project.
- Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions with the client project team.
- Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design.
- Support and enhance SuccessFactors components spanning Onboarding functions to meet client needs.
- Configure SuccessFactors components spanning Onboarding functions to meet client needs.
- Prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meets client expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Implementation experience with SuccessFactors Onboarding module (at least 2 implementation projects).

Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Successfactor onboarding module
- Certified in the ONB 1.0 and 2.0 SuccessFactors module
- Proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners.
- Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.
- Driving the development of functional and systems specifications.
- Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members.
- Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment

Experience in working for a mining project would be a plus
