**Office Manager Responsibilities**:
Handles inventory and ordering of office supplies, pantry items, and other items and services which are necessary for office operations

Implements safety procedures, including establishing evacuation plans, setting up building security, etc

Assists with initiatives related to organisational culture and employee wellness

Interfaces with clients, vendors, building management, and employees on a regular basis

Maintains office equipment and troubleshoots when necessary

Assist with office projects, such as renovations, installations, and office design initiatives

Collaborates across departments to help plan meetings and events

Creates and presents reports as requested

Provides as-needed support (scheduling, planning, etc) to management

Supports Board Management

Attends meetings with senior management
- Assists the organisation’s HR and Finance functions by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and updating financial documents, organising meetings and managing databases**Office Manager Skills**:
Uses emotional intelligence (EQ) to address human-driven office complications

Takes initiatives in solving problems and improving processes

Communicates effectively

Works independently and able to adapt to changing demands and responsibilities

Organized and manages time strategically
- Guides projects and workflows from initiation to completion**Office Manager Qualifications**:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (B.A.)

1-2 years related experience
