**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare journal entries and conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Resolve discrepancies between system and finance records, actively seeking solutions to minimize these differences
- Identify weaknesses in daily operations and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with various accounting stakeholders to ensure smooth monthly account closures and timely financial reporting
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA
- 4-6 years of relevant experience, including Big Four audit experience
- Hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment
- Team player with strong adaptability
- Results-oriented problem solver
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
