**The Role**

The incumbent reports to the Head of Business Delivery, taking charge on the delivery and development of Data Management and Data Protection framework in accordance with the Singapore Monetary Authority Singapore (MAS) and Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) regulatory requirements and AXA Group Standards in a structured, sustainable and compliant manner. He/She will be responsible for management of policy documents for data management, data privacy & protection, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), etc.

The Business Resilience Manager will also provide support to the Partnership Onboarding team, and provide advisory on relevant data protection standards and policies (e.g. GDPR, PDPA, data flow, etc.) for the relevant market/jurisdiction of the company’s Health Reinsurance Partnerships globally across all regions (i.e. EURAF (Europe & Africa), SAP (South Asia & Pacific), NAP (North Asia & Greater China), LAC (Latin America and Caribbean)), as part of any new partner onboarding process. He/She will ensure Business Continuity Planning (BCP) is carried out regularly for the ALHRS business.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement Data Management (e.g. Knowledge Base) and Data Protection framework, in accordance with the company strategy, AXA Group Standards and regulatory requirements and ensure that the Knowledge Base (KB) on SharePoint is well maintained according to required data management principles.
- Implement One Trust for the Business.
- Assist the business stakeholders in developing a viable plan to exchange information and/or knowledge to ensure efficiency in processes.
- Develop, maintain and ensure all key operating documents (e.g. Data Management, Data Protection, Information Systems and Data Security, Data Privacy policies, Information Security and Control checklist, etc.) are up to date and provide periodic orientation/training for the business including new joiners.
- Conduct data management audits, information security and risk reviews, monitoring & testing reviews, risk control and ensure all target personnel adherence to policies and standards.
- Provide support and assistance to Senior management and Compliance team, in preparation for supervisory/regulatory (e.g. MAS) reviews.
- Conduct audit to ensure that all business processes and data management flow are well documented, improved on an on-going basis (higher efficiency, lower cost/time/risk) and that areas of operational risks are identified and escalated.
- Participate and provide advisory at steering committee and project workstream meetings with key stakeholders and escalate any critical/key issues to Head of Business Delivery, include attending to personal data protection-related queries and complaints from staff.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in either Finance, Business Management, Science, Mathematical, Computer Science, Information Technology or Financial related discipline
- 4-6 years’ of relevant work experience in a data management, information technology security or risk and compliance role in financial services, or banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Singapore Personal & Data Protection Act (PDPA), insurance and financial advisory related regulations and industry requirements
- Awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies.
- A team player with good communication and presentation skills
