Our core business includes: - IT development servicesProviding customers with IT consulting, software research and development, software and hardware testing, system integration and operation and maintenance, data analysis and other services; - New retail solutions and productsThrough intelligent products, helping small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) realize the digital transformation of their daily operations; - Internet of Things (IoT) platform and solutionsComprehensive use of IoT, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and other technologies to provide IoT solutions for intelligent upgrades in cities, parks, buildings and industries, to create a smart future. **RESPONSIBILITIES - Leads the planning, executing and implementation of multiple projects and roll outs. - Project Governance: control on project scope, schedule, budget, risk & issues. - Facilitates timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget. - Understands the project lifecycle and ensures all stages of the lifecycle are managed accordingly - Provides management with regular project updates, creates and maintains trusting relationships, identifies and manages project issues, identifies project risks early and assists by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk response. - Partners with various functional and technical teams - Facilitate scrum events such as backlog creation, grooming, prioritization, sprint planning, stand-up meetings, estimation, demo and retrospectives - Be a resource for each team member and support the removal of impediments as required - Maintain transparency in the team’s work through product and sprint backlogs, burn-down charts, and other interdepartmental communications - Applies testing knowledge to develop user acceptance criteria, testing activities, and integration schedule, to ensure all changes and new functionalities are successfully added to the system landscape. - Creates and maintains project documentation charters, PM plans, schedules, status reports, change requests etc. - Monitors and controls execution phase to ensure that projects are completed on time and meets all business and system requirements. - Coach and support continuous process improvement within the tea **QUALIFICATIONS** - Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Services, Business, or any related field of study - Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Manager and in using formal SDLC / Scrum / Agile Methodology with 3 years of experience as Scrum Master - Experience in managing IT projects in software development and infrastructure implementation - Experience with project profit and loss management - Complete comprehensive understanding of agile processes such as Scrum / XP - Agile Scrum Master certification and Project Management Institute (PMP) certification preferred - Able to work independently within a demanding client centric environment
