We're looking for experienced Insurance Brokers to join a progressive insurance broking house in Singapore or Hong Kong.
- Strong experience in Financial Lines or Marine, or P&C
- Reporting into the Head of Broking develop and execute strategies for new business penetration, with the purpose of gaining broking market share
- Evaluating existing sales practices and processes to enhance delivery and produce results
- Arranging new business meetings, creating and leading sales pitches
- Leading and closing complex sales\ and tenders
- Researching market trends and industry updates, for the purpose of building market credibility and knowledge
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure trust and long-term relationships conducive to new business activity

**Requirements**:

- Previous insurance experience in Financial Lines, Marine or P&C is a must
