**Role: Digital Marketing Manager**

The global supply chain has never been more relevant or functioned with greater volatility and complexity as it is right now.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing campaign strategies and programs in Southeast Asia. The role will have an initial focus on growing brand awareness and demand through scalable performance and content marketing programs. You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and optimization of all regional digital and web marketing programs that puts our clients, prospects, partners and employees at its core.

**Main Responsibilities**:
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Lead and develop overall SEO strategies, involving keyword research, content auditing, competitor analysis & content gap analysis, SEO forecasts and link building activities to discover content topics to drive consumer engagement and audience growth to websites.
- Analyse website traffic segments, monitor performance metrics, and search engine updates to understand ranking trends and proactively adjust strategies to maximize performance.
- Research competitors/ influencing brands and provide suggestions for improvement for our brand.
- Analyse user behaviours and engagement using third-party analytics to improve content and branding.

Content Marketing
- Develop and manage content calendar to ensure content (created either in house or via vendors) is aligned with SEO, customer acquisition and success goals. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, presentation, social media content, etc.
- Increase engagement of content, ensuring that content is relevant, insightful and geared to the target market, and on-strategy.
- Understand writing requirements for SEO strategy, including researching keywords, adapting SEO-friendly formats and staying in touch with trending search topics. Incorporate these tactics into the business copy skilfully.

Digital Marketing
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Cello Square marketing strategies. Lead and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with business priorities.
- Work closely with local, regional and HQ teams to gather audience and commercial insights, developing a data-driven perspective on buyers’ motivations, and execute effective, measurable marketing campaigns.
- Develop regional digital and social media strategies in line with global guidelines and campaigns, leveraging local insights and influencers to build brand awareness and grow business.
- Analyse results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and regular reporting on the marketing performance.

**You should have**:

- Proven experience marketing into enterprise level accounts and working closely with sales organizations.
- Experience growing SEO traffic and organic lead acquisition. Familiar with on-site SEO best practices and knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
- In-depth experience with SEO and website analytics tools (e.g, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other industry tools (eg Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to drive strategy, and make critical decisions.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
